He has served at strategic involvements in various venture capital projects and other investments, across several industries including international trade, urban development, aviation, and manufacturing. He has advised senior management and delivered strategic leadership and managerial programs at family businesses, investment holding enterprises and new ventures in areas such as project planning and implementation, public relations, strategic marketing, business strategy, operational management, organizational modeling, international trade expansion and international joint ventures. Mr. Alshaikh holds a Masters degree of Business from Lynn University, Florida, in the United States and has received several awards for outstanding academic and professional performance.
Captain Robert has successfully worked within the leisure and marine industry for over 32 years for a multitude of royal, government and big business operations with the mission to create practical solutions while building successful long term relationships with clients world-wide, resulting in significant network development. As an MSc. graduate of Marine Science, Captain Robert is skilled and focused in flexible multicultural senior management, to enhance operations and develop achievable results. As the General Manager of BEAUCRAFT, Captain Montfort Jones is, without question, the Middle East regions leading marine specialist.
