May 13 (Bloomberg) -- The traders at the london metal exchange don't see the luster in calcium carbonate. "I've never even heard of calcium carbonate," says LME ring trader Andrew Silver at Natixis Commodity Markets Ltd. in London. "We might as well trade cement," says Alex Heath, metals director at RBC Capital Markets, about creating a futures market for the chemical compound used to make schoolroom chalk.

Manama – June 2009: Marina West, Bahrain's first gated beachfront high-rise residential and lifestyle community, located in tranquil and idyllic surroundings on the Kingdom's West coast, announced that it has selected and appointed the specialized leisure marina advisory firm Beaucraft W.L.L. ("Beaucraft") to conceptually design and oversee the tendering and installation works on the marina element of the project. The marina element of the project is anticipated to cost around USD 1.5 million to develop.
